This Privacy Policy explains how SimpliLeads (“SimpliLeads”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the SimpliLeads live operations dashboard and related services (the “Service”). SimpliLeads surfaces operational data sourced directly from systems you connect — we are a processor of that data on your behalf.

1. Information we collect

• Account information. Your name, work email address, organization, and role, provided when your account manager provisions access.
• Authentication data. Magic-link tokens and, if you choose, your Google account identifier used solely to sign you in.
• Connected source data. Lead, pipeline, and operational records pulled in real time from the data sources you connect. This data remains owned by your organization.
• Usage information. Log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, used to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• Authenticate you and maintain your session;
• Render your live operations dashboard with data sourced from your connected systems;
• Provide support, communicate service notices, and respond to your requests;
• Monitor, secure, and improve the reliability of the Service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your connected source data to train models or for advertising.

3. Data sources and accuracy

SimpliLeads displays figures pulled from a real source on your stack — never fabricated or placeholder rows. We do not alter the underlying records; we read, aggregate, and present them. If a connected source is unavailable, the dashboard indicates a stale or interrupted sync rather than inventing data.

4. How we share information

We share information only with: (a) sub-processors who help us operate the Service under contractual confidentiality and security obligations; (b) other authorized users within your own organization; and (c) authorities where required by law. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.

5. Data retention

Account and authentication records are retained for as long as your account is active. Connected source data is cached only as long as needed to render your dashboard and is purged on disconnection or account closure. Log data is retained for a limited period for security and diagnostics.

6. Security

We apply bank-grade security controls including encryption in transit and at rest, scoped access tokens, least-privilege access, and enterprise authentication. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because we act as a processor for your organization, some requests are best directed to your organization’s administrator. Contact us and we will help route your request.

8. International transfers

Where information is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses to protect it consistent with this Policy.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the latest revision.
